The washable mist eliminators are built with corrosion resistant materials and serves two important functions. The primary function of mist eliminators are to collect water droplets and oil mist from an air stream and divert the liquid to an appropriate drain. The mist eliminators also functions as a washable, low-efficiency particulate filter. The AFI Mist Eliminator is designed for use in outside air ducts; side access housings and built-up filter banks. Stainless Steel mesh packed tightly into a stainless frame and Stainless Expanded Metal is our heavy duty Mist Eliminators model. Galvanized frames and face guards make a more economical value. We build each Mist Eliminator filter to suit the application. Any Mist Eliminators size or thickness is available.
